Children spend countless hours in classrooms and can’t be expected to be still the entire time. Incorporating movement into the classroom and lesson plans supports the well documented link between physical activity and increased academic performance. 



Action Based Learning™

is a kinesthetic teaching strategy that utilizes key specific academic concepts in a teacher friendly, time efficient, fun way that has proven results for a positive learning experience.  Students engaged in Action Based Learning™ improve memory retention, reinforce academic concepts, balance brain chemicals while experiencing whole-brain, whole-body learning. 


Math & Movement™ is a kinesthetic, multi-sensory approach to teaching math that incorporates physical exercise, stretching, cross-body movements, yoga and floor mats designed to encourage students to practice math concepts.

GoNoodle is a web-based resource proving short desk-side physical activities to help teachers manage their classroom and improve student performance.  GoNoodle provides free resources and also has a subscription service.

Jam (Just a Minute) School Program provides resources that offer simple, fun, energetic fitness routines and healthy living tips that people of all ages and abilities can confidently participate in and use. JAM has free resources that educators are using to bring health education and physical activity into the school environment.
