Give your TV a nap and send your kids out to play.

When you put 5-2-1-0 to work, you’ll see how all four numbers relate to each other. Eating more veggies means eating less junk food and drinking less soda. Turning off the TV or computer means being more active.

So how do you be more active with your kids? Does it mean you have to sign up for a sports teams or join a gym? Of course not. 

Play: No equipment required
The only rule of the game is this: get your heart pumping. You can do that anywhere away from the TV or computer.  Getting active is good for you, too. This section will help you get started with:
